I love the look of this twist and I hope you will too! It’s very comfortable to wear and easy to make. This video tutorial is for the twist seam only. If you’re looking for the headband or ear warmer pattern, scroll down for them.
This technique uses the seam to make the twist, which is another reason why I love it so much, there’s NO seams. It makes for a professional finish all the way around your project.
Tips:
- Sew through all four ends of your fabric across the seam.
- Sew back up the seam going in the opposite direction for extra sturdiness.
- Check your twist before weaving in ends to make sure you’ve picked up all four edges across the seam.
- Can be used on knit or crochet fabric.
