Tunisian Crochet: Ear Warmer Twist – Free Crochet Pattern
The Tunisian Crochet Ear Warmer Twist will be your favorite go to pattern this winter, to make and to wear! The softness of the yarn is luxurious, plus it’s a bulky yarn and quick to make. There is a crochet video to show you this easy stitch, a one row repeat. I hope you love it as much as I do!

When I finished this ear warmer, I tried it on, checked it out in the mirror, and didn’t take it off for the rest of the day! That’s how I know I have a winner, when I love it so much that I wear it right away. Literally, right off the hook. This is such a comfortable ear warmer and I love the look of the twist.
Can you see the small bits of “fur” in this yarn? It is SO soft and luxurious. This is a dream yarn to work with and the results are rewarding. Shown here in the color Rust. Using a size K afghan hook will make the stitches tight, so the edges will curl up. I love the look that it gives as you can see a row of the wrong side of the stitches, like a border without actually making one.

When I showed my daughter this design, she thought I had knitted it. I’m very new to knitting and don’t enjoy it as much as crochet. But I do love the look of it, so Tunisian knit stitch is a perfect solution for me.
This attractive twist is made by sewing the two edges together which is actually the seam. The rest of the ear warmer is seamless, yay. I try to design so there are no visible seams, whenever possible.
