This beautiful, crochet heirloom baby blanket is sure to be a family treasure. Make one in several colors, in variegated yarn, or get creative with the yarn weights and textured yarns. It’s a fun one to make!
Made in Caron Baby Cakes in the color Petals, but you could make it in any worsted weight yarn that you have on hand too!
Watch this video How To Make Broomstick Lace Here.
This video will show you the basics of Broomstick Lace, not how to make the whole project.
I chose a larger crochet hook in size “J” or 6.0 mm, and a large knitting needle in size “50” or 25.0 mm to make this blanket. It works up rather quickly with the thicker yarn and larger size tools.
