Simple Spa Cloth Collection #4 – Tunisian Crochet Pattern
The Simple Spa Cloth Collection is designed to make beautiful matching cloths using Tunisian Crochet stitches. This is a good way to learn new stitches while repeating the stitches. This fourth cloth in the collection features the honeycomb stitch, which results in a beautiful fabric. It’s easy to make, but looks difficult. Make these as a gift for someone special.

I recommend to start off by making the wash cloth first. That way you can make one from beginning to end and feel accomplished right away. Next, move onto the large cloth to complete the set.
I made these cloths around Valentine’s Day, and used a flower from my bouquet that I received. This year my husband got me an assorted bouquet with lots of different flowers. I tried to use a different flower for my Spa Cloth Collection photos. The white carnation above is absolutely gorgeous.
This set is made in the Tunisian Honeycomb Stitch. I love making this stitch and have a scarf made with it too. If you’re new to Tunisian crochet, I have videos to show you how to make each stitch individually, and another video how to put them together and make this stitch.

Here is a look at the back of the cloths. I love the texture this stitch makes, and it doesn’t look like knit or crochet!
I used the new Furls Tunisian crochet hook for this project. The yarn glides gently along the hook and is a pleasure to use. The two different woods are beautiful together.
