Simple Spa Cloth Collection #3 – Tunisian Crochet Pattern
The Simple Spa Cloth Collection is designed to make beautiful matching cloths using Tunisian Crochet stitches. This is a good way to learn new stitches while repeating the stitches. This third cloth in the collection features the basket weave stitch, which results in a beautiful fabric. It’s easy to make, but looks difficult. Make these as a gift for someone special.

I recommend to start off by making the wash cloth first. That way you can make one from beginning to end and feel accomplished right away. Next, move onto the large cloth to complete the set.
These dried lavender flowers are one of my favorites, although they are messy. I found this handmade soap that contains a lavender scent too. I paired them together for this cloth.
This set is made in the Tunisian Basket Weave Stitch. I love the rows of boxes that it makes. If you’re new to this stitch I have a video to show you how to make this stitch.
Here is a look at the back of the green cloth. I love the way this looks!

I used the new Furls Tunisian crochet hook for this project. The yarn glides gently along the hook and is a pleasure to use. The two different woods are beautiful together.
