Blossom Path Afghan Square – Free Crochet Pattern
This pretty Blossom Path Afghan Square is a two in one pattern! The design is made to make a 6 inch square and a 12 inch square using the same pattern. It is a fun way to mix and match the squares, then attach them together for a beautiful blanket.

My son helped me come up with the name for this one. I was having trouble coming up with a name, so I placed them all out on the floor, mixing up the two sizes of squares together. I had several 12 inch squares and numerous 6 inch squares arranged, and he said it reminded him of the stone paver walkway in the patio. So the name Blossom Path was born and I love it.

Here is the 6 inch square shown in Caron One Pound in the color Purple. Although it says purple on the label, it looks more like a burgundy to me. Either way, it is so pretty.
