This beginner knit pattern in garter stitch is easy to make, and easy to adjust the size. To adjust the width, cast on fewer stitches. Then to adjust the length, make more or less rows, depending on the size of your head.
I’m so excited to be part of Marly Bird’s 24 Days of Quickies again this year! Includes 4 sizes and a video on how to sew the twist.
I love the look of this twist on the front. It’s simple to make and I have a video demonstrating how to sew the twist.
Here is a look at the back of the ear warmer. I love the simple yet pretty fabric this makes in garter stitch.
This attractive twist is made by sewing the two edges together which is actually the seam. The rest of the ear warmer is seamless. I try to design so there are no visible seams, whenever possible.

I enjoyed making this in a worsted weight #4 yarn and larger needles. It’s great for a beginner. You can also make it in any weight and adjust your needle size accordingly.
I hope you enjoy this pattern.
