The Holiday Stashdown CALÂ features 15 designs and 16 giveaways! Check out all the nice projects you can make as gifts for someone special and some for yourself too. The yarn I used is called Paintbox Yarn Simply Chunky. It is a bulky weight yarn and very soft. They offer it in lots of colors, and they are very pretty. I chose purple, and two tones of grey.
Here is my cowl just about done. I put some color blocking in and then made smaller stripes at the top. You can make it all one color, all different size stripes, and the colors are up to you. It can be worn either way, but I like it with the purple at the bottom.
Let’s get to what you will need and the pattern.
