Lovely Flowers – March
Pansies, oh I love these flowers! Â Surely, a sign of Spring. Â The colors and details of their little petals are so striking. Â I’ve shared five floral photos this month on my Facebook page, hope you enjoy…
My husband and I had taken some time off together and spent most of the time eating at our favorite places. He took me to a hole in the wall diner one day in an old part of town for breakfast and we had to park about five blocks away.  As we were walking through the neighborhood, we came across SO many beautiful landscapes. This flowering vine covered the whole side of a long fence and appeared to be very old and strong.  The flowers were large, fiery red, and gorgeous!
Here is a photo of a pink Camellia bush. Â It was in bloom and as we were walking by, this flower caught my eye. Â I love this shade of pink. Â The bush was quite tall and full of them. Â Pretty, pretty!
This is a Bromeliad plant that I bought at the store recently. Â It is in a small red pot and I have it next to my sink in the kitchen. Â It brightens my day as I do dishes and cook. Â I’ve shown it here with some of my Grandma Mom’s old steel crochet hooks. Â I had them out for a project and threw them in for fun.
Here is a portion of a wall mural of Calla Lilies that was in one of the restaurants that we ate at on our mini-stay-home vacation together. Â We arrived right when they opened for lunch and no one was there but us. Â So I got out my camera and started taking photos of the mural. Â Just in time too, because it started filling up and people were sitting in front of it. Â This mural was huge and covered across 4 tables. Â I love Calle Lilies.
I hope you enjoyed the March flowers as much as I did!
Thank you for reading.
Have a great day,
Carolyn 🙂
