March is National Crochet Month and I’m so honored to be featured on Crochetville. It’s the last day of the tour and today is my day, I chose this day as it is a special day for me.This is an annual event on Crochetville, and each day there are featured designers, giveaways, and related posts to the theme, which is glamping this year. Glamorous camping, which is very trendy with people fixing up their vintage trailers and making them look awesome!

Summer of Love Shawl
One of my favorite designs is my Summer of Love Shawl made for Red Heart Yarns! Made with Red Heart Boutique Unforgettable in the color Parrot. Made with the Love Knot stitch and a pretty scalloped edge, it’s one of my favorite shawls.
Messy Bun Hat
My hottest pattern this year is the Messy Bun Hat – all the rage right now! This one is made with a bulky yarn and a large hook for a quick project.
In addition to crochet, I also share my love of flowers. I post a picture on my social media every Monday, and tell you about each one in a monthly roundup. To read the story behind each one, visit my Flowers of the Month page.
I’m also a host on The Linky Ladies Party, a weekly fiber arts community party that you can link up your blog posts featuring knit or crochet projects/patterns for a chance to be featured on Five Designers websites and their social media. It’s a great way to get exposure and network with your fellow knitters and crocheters. Hope to see you join in. See The Linky Ladies page.
Beach Day Tote Bag
Today is also the first day of the #CelebrateMomCAL – A Mother’s Day “At the Beach” CAL. I’m releasing the first pattern shown below, the Beach Day Tote Bag. The event is sponsored by Premier Yarns, and I am offering a discount on the yarns used. There are 6 free crochet designs in the CAL and the colors and the projects will all look great separate or together.
